Nibble is designed around a simple boundary: your local log is yours, cloud sync is explicit, and AI only runs when you choose an AI feature.
Sync when useful
After you sign in, Profile → Account → Sync now uploads the records you choose to back up and view here.
AI by request
AI features are optional. When you ask for an analysis, Nibble sends the minimum context needed for that request through the managed service.
Your controls
Manage the account from the app.
Use the iPhone app for the actions that change your records. The web dashboard is a view into the records you have synced, not a second source of truth.

What Nibble does not do
Nibble does not sell your information or share it for advertising. We do not send your name or raw HealthKit data to AI providers. HealthKit access, camera, photos, microphone, speech, and weather access are used only when you enable the related feature.
